YOU’LL FIND TRUE JOY USING YOUR POTENTIAL

Your greatest success and happiness in life
will be found when you use your natural abilities
to their fullest extent.

Happiness is not in having or being, it’s in the doing
The essence of true wisdom is to know that rest is rust,
and that real life is activity, laughter and love.

You were created to conquer your environment,
to solve problems and to achieve goals.
You’ll find no real satisfaction or happiness in life
without obstacles to conquer and goals to achieve.

Yes, there is true happiness.
It’s found in doing a job well done, in achieving a worthy goal,
in putting your child to sleep and in writing the last line of your poem.

Your personal growth itself contains the seed of happiness.

EIGHTY PERCENT OF SUCCESS IS SHOWING UP

The only way to start to improve your life is to start.
Once you’re sure you’re on the right road there is no need
to plan your journey too far ahead.

Don’t burden yourself with doubts and fears as to the obstacles
that may bar your progress.
You can only take one step at a time.

You don’t need to know all the answers in advance.
Just maintain a clear idea of the goal you want to reach
and the answers will come in their own time.

If you can get up the courage to begin,
you have the courage to succeed.

It’s the job you never start that takes the longest to finish.
Go after what you want and you’ll get it.

THERE IS NO SUCCESS WITHOUT HARDSHIP

All things are difficult before they are easy.

Success is not measured by what you accomplish.
It’s gauged by the opposition you encounter,
and the courage with which you struggle against overwhelming odds.

The harder the conflict, the more glorious your victory.

No pain, no gain;
No guts, no glory;
No cross, no crown.

If you wish to enjoy life’s pleasures,
you must also endure it’s pains.

Make up your mind before you start to attain your goal
that sacrifice is part of the package.

The highway to success is a toll road.

PROGRESS BEGINS ONE STEP AT A TIME

There is no sudden leap to greatness.
Your success lies in doing, day by day.
Your upward reach comes from working well and carefully.

Good work done little by little becomes great work.
The house of success will be built brick by brick.

Adopt the pace of nature.
A bottle fills drop by drop.
The secret is patience.

YOU CAN START TO WIN AT ANY TIME

To solve any problem or reach your goal,
you don’t need to know all the answers in advance.
But you must have a clear idea of the problem
or the goal you want to reach.

All you have to do is know where you’re going.
The answers will come to you of their own accord.
Don’t procrastinate when faced with a big difficult problem,
break the problem into parts and handle one part at a time.

If you can get up the courage to begin,
you have the courage to succeed.
It’s the job you never start that takes the longest to finish.

Don’t worry about what lies dimly at a distance,
but do what lies clearly ahead.

Your biggest opportunity is where you are right now.
Once you begin you are half done.

WHEN YOU STOP DREAMING YOU STOP LIVING

If you want to enlarge your life, you must first enlarge
your thought of it and yourself.

Hold the image of yourself as you long to be,
the image of what you long to attain,
the image of health, efficiency and success.

You can lift yourself by your thoughts.
Your vision will help you surmount the highest obstacles.

High achievement always takes place
in the framework of high expectation.
What you see is what you get.

You’ll become as small as your controlling desire,
or as great as your dominant aspiration.

The courage to follow your dreams is your first step
toward destiny.

You can live your dreams.

EVERY FAILURE IS A STEP CLOSER TO SUCCESS

Experiencing failure is inevitable on the highway to success.
Every defeat is merely an installment to victory.

People who try to do something and fail are infinitely better
than those who try to do nothing and succeed.

You won’t be judged by the number of times you fail,
but by the number of times you succeed.
And the number of times you succeed is in direct proportion
to the number of times you fail and keep trying.

Failure is nothing but education, nothing but the first step
to something better.

Experience is what you get when you don’t get what you want.

HAPPINESS IS A BYPRODUCT OF ACTIVITY

Happiness lies in the joy of achievement,
the thrill of creative effort.
The human spirit needs to accomplish,
to achieve, to triumph to be happy.

Happiness does not come from doing easy work.
It comes from the afterglow of satisfaction after
the achievement of a difficult task that demands
your best.

Your personal growth itself contains the seed of happiness.
You cannot pursue happiness by itself.

There is no happiness except in the realization that you
have accomplished something.

Happiness thrives in activity.
It’s a running river, not a stagnant pond.

Two Daily Motivations

SUCCESSFUL ACTION IS CUMULATIVE IN RESULTS

Success is the sum of small efforts, repeated day in and day out.
Many people take the first step and stop.
Yet, with every additional step you take, you enhance immensely
the value of your first step.

All masters of success are chiefly distinguished by their power
of adding a second, a third and perhaps a forth step in a
continuous line.

There is no royal road to anything.
One thing at a time, all things in succession is the rule of life.
That which grows fast, withers as rapidly.
That which grows slowly, endures.

Do not despise the bottom rings in your ascent to greatness.

BELIEF MAKES EVERYTHING POSSIBLE

In order to succeed, you must first believe that you can.
The only true limit to your realization of tomorrow
will be your doubts of today.

The only thing that stands between you and what you want
from life, is the will to try it and the faith to believe that
it’s possible.

The moment you carry the conviction of belief,
in that moment your dream will become reality.

If you think you can, you can.

THERE IS ALWAYS A GOOD SIDE

Everything depends on the way you look at things.
View every problem you encounter as an opportunity.
There is always a good side to every situation.

The optimist sees an opportunity in every misfortune.
The pessimist sees misfortune in every opportunity.
The optimist sees the doughnut.
The pessimist sees the hole.

You can develop success from every failure.
Discouragement and failure are two stepping stones to your success.
No other elements can do so much for you if you’re willing to study them
and make them work for you.

When it is dark enough, you can see the stars..

HONESTY OPENS THE DOOR TO SUCCESS

Successful people have cultivated the habit of never denying
to themselves their true feelings and attitudes.
They have no need for pretenses.

Once you accept yourself completely you don’t have to
maintain a phony front, or feel insecure if people don’t
tune in to you and what you’re doing.

Visualize what you really want,
not what someone else wants for you.
Don’t forfeit three-forth’s of yourself to be like other people.

First say to yourself what you would be
and then do what you have to do.
